Real Peptides Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
All sales are final. Because our products consist of strictly “for research use only” peptides and related compounds, we do not accept returns or exchanges. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@realpeptides.co with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged packaging or incorrect item

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, either ship a replacement or issue a store credit for the affected item.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@realpeptides.co within 14 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to trace your shipment; if deemed lost, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

• Before Fulfillment: You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@realpeptides.co.

• After Fulfillment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

• Approved replacements for damaged or incorrect items will be shipped at no cost; no monetary refunds will be issued.

• Store credit (valid for 12 months) may be offered in lieu of replacements, at our discretion.

6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we provide a prepaid label for returns of damaged/incorrect items, we will cover return shipping; otherwise, return shipping is at your expense.

If you believe a decision under this policy is unfair, please escalate your case to support@realpeptides.co. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
