Shipping Policy (with Route)

1. Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
2. Address Accuracy
Please verify your address at checkout.
Real Peptides is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
3. Transit Issues (Lost / Stolen / Damaged)
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery control transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:
•With Route Shipping Protection: file a claim at claims.route.com. Route handles claims directly. 
•Without Route Protection: contact our support team and we will review within our standard shipping limitations.
4. Route Shipping Protection
Route is an optional shipping protection add-on offered at checkout. If selected, your order is protected in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
How to file a claim
•You will receive a Route confirmation email after checkout.
•Click “File a Claim” in that email, or go to: claims.route.com
Route reviews and resolves claims independently. Real Peptides does not manage Route claims.
5. Shipping Delays
Carrier delays are uncommon but possible due to weather, volume surges, or customs. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
6. RUO Disclaimer
All shipments contain RUO products intended strictly for laboratory research. Not for human or veterinary use.
Shipping Protection by Route
To give our customers extra peace of mind, Real Peptides offers optional Shipping Protection powered by Route at checkout. If you add Route protection to your order, your shipment is covered in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
What Route Covers
Orders with Route Shipping Protection are eligible for support if your package:
•Is marked delivered but not received (potential theft)
•Is delayed or lost in transit
•Arrives damaged
How to File a Claim
If you purchased Route protection, you will receive a separate confirmation email from Route after checkout. That email includes a “File a Claim” button.

Important Notes
•Route protection is optional and can be added during checkout.
•Claims must be submitted through Route’s portal.
•Real Peptides is not able to file claims on a customer’s behalf, but we’re always happy to help direct you to the right place.
