Real Peptides products are laboratory research use only and are sensitive, sterile materials. For that reason, we maintain a strict policy to protect product integrity and ensure fairness for all researchers. Similar RUO suppliers follow the same standard due to degradation and handling risk.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are RUO compounds, all sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
•Ordering mistakes
•Change of mind
•Incompatible protocols
•Misuse or improper handling
•Reconstitution errors
•Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
2. Reconstitution & Handling Responsibility
All Real Peptides vials are third-party tested for identity and purity prior to shipment.
Once delivered, lab preparation (including reconstitution, solvent choice, sterile technique, storage temperature, and handling) is the responsibility of the purchaser/researcher.
Cloudiness, precipitation, or degradation after reconstitution is most often caused by:
•Use of non-sterile or contaminated solvent
•Use of non-bacteriostatic water
•Improper storage or temperature swings
•Aggressive mixing (shaking)
•Compromised sterile technique during preparation
These variables occur outside our control, and do not constitute a defective product.
3. What We Will Replace
We will replace or reship at no cost if:
•You received the wrong product
•Your order arrives damaged in transit
•Your package is confirmed lost in transit and Route Shipping Protection was purchased
To qualify, contact support within 48 hours of delivery and include:
•Order number
•Clear photos of the issue
•Packaging condition
4. Route Shipping Protection
If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout, lost/stolen/damaged claims must be filed through Route directly at claims.route.com. Route policies govern coverage decisions. 
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We take chargebacks seriously. Submitting a chargeback for products that were correctly delivered and verified RUO goods may result in:
•Order cancellation
•Account restriction
•Loss of future purchasing privileges
