Discontinue Selank immediately if the subject develops signs of hypersensitivity reaction (urticaria, facial or airway swelling, difficulty breathing, chest tightness), severe or persistent CNS symptoms (headache unresponsive to standard analgesics, visual disturbances, altered consciousness, seizure activity), evidence of mood destabilization (acute onset of manic symptoms, severe agitation, suicidal ideation), or acute kidney injury (oliguria, significant decline in urine output, elevated serum creatinine). Additionally, stop administration if the subject reports pregnancy or if follow-up lab work shows eGFR decline greater than 10 mL/min/1.73m² from baseline, autoimmune flare indicated by elevated inflammatory markers, or significant transaminase elevation (ALT or AST greater than three times upper limit of normal). Any adverse event requiring emergency medical evaluation warrants immediate protocol discontinuation and documentation in the safety monitoring log. Do not resume administration until the event has been fully evaluated, causality assessed, and a risk-benefit decision documented by the protocol medical monitor.
